Cancelling an appointment

Please tell us as early as you can. Cancellations can be made on WhatsApp or by calling +91 97044 40058.

Notice periods

• Studio appointments: at least 24 hours before the slot.
• At-home bookings: at least 48 hours before the slot.
• Bridal and group bookings: at least 14 days before the first function.

Rescheduling

You may reschedule once at no cost if you give us the notice above and the new date is within 90 days. Rescheduling is subject to artist availability, especially during wedding season.

Late cancellations and no-shows

Cancellations made inside the notice period, or appointments where nobody is available at the address, forfeit the advance. This covers the slot we held and turned away.

If we cancel

In the rare event we cannot attend, we will arrange a replacement artist of equal standard or refund your advance in full within 7 working days.
