Refund Policy
Advances
Advance payments are refundable in full when a booking is cancelled within the notice periods set out in our Cancellation Policy. Outside those periods the advance is retained.
Completed services
Because mehendi and beauty services are performed in person and cannot be returned, payments for completed sessions are non-refundable.
If something goes wrong
If you are unhappy with the work, raise it with your artist on the day or within 24 hours. We will first offer to correct or redo the service at no charge. Where that is not practical, we may issue a partial refund at our discretion.
Henna colour
Stain depth depends on individual skin chemistry and aftercare, so colour outcome alone is not grounds for a refund. We provide detailed aftercare guidance with every booking.
Processing
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 to 10 working days. Write to hello@rubaizstudio.com with your booking details to start a request.
